About the Role:
Join BF Construction Inc as a In House Revit- Advanced Level Drafter, where your expertise will shape innovative design solutions. We are looking for a talented individual to contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment that values creativity and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Review and revise drawings based on project feedback and specifications.
- Prepare presentation drawings and visualizations for client meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Assist in training junior drafters and sharing best practices.
- Stay updated on Revit software developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in drafting with Revit in a construction or architectural environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
