Qualifications (Including, but not limited to):
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Senior Superintendent managing commercial projects.
- Extensive Trade Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all trades, building codes, and trade sequencing.
- Blueprint & Plan Reading: Proven ability to read and interpret complex plans, contracts, and specifications (including digital formats).
- Quality Control Focus: Demonstrated expertise in maintaining strict quality standards on every project.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and coordinate labor and subcontractors effectively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to assist with construction tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee stadium and commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met and budgets are maintained.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of plans and blueprints to uphold high-quality standards and enforce safety protocols.
- Team Leadership: Manage labor and subcontractors across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Daily Updates & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports (including photos and videos) and address issues promptly.
- OSHA Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe jobsite by strictly enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Effective Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, issues, and solutions in a timely manner.
