What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Deep knowledge of all trades – technical understanding, building codes, sequencing
- Scheduling & Layout Skills – Confident in creating detailed project schedules and trade layouts
- Effective Communication – A team player who’s strong at relaying information digitally and in person
- Adaptable & Coachable – Ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our shared success
- Self-Starter – Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Plan-Savvy – Comfortable reading and interpreting plans, contracts, and specs
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist with daily management of jobsite and subcontractors
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain top-notch safety standards
- Evaluate subcontractor change orders and related documentation
- Complete projects within schedule and budget
- Maintain quality workmanship that meets or exceeds plans and specifications
- Provide timely communication about project status, changes, and solutions
- Keep detailed daily records and progress photos
- Review plans and blueprints to confirm accuracy
- Coordinate and verify all close-out documents
